You do — always. We register or manage it in your name. If you ever leave, the domain and your content go with you. No lock-in, no ransom.
Will my email break when the site goes live?
No. Going live only changes where your website points. Your existing email is never touched unless you ask us to upgrade it — and then we cut over carefully, only after your new mailboxes are set up and tested.
